I really enjoy the crafting system, but I understand that some folks really don’t like it. I think that the biggest complaint I have noticed is that golden tools have dropped their prestige because they’re no more unbreakable like in the last games. That’s pretty much exactly what made them unique, so it seems a bit pointless to craft themgiven that gold nuggets are a rarer resource.

I think a good deal of dislike with the crafting system is not the crafting itself but more like the lack of QOL stuff in it. Mainly how it wastes your time with not being able to craft multiple things at once.

Or got tired of their towns. AC is usually meant to be of a bit by little bit thing however, the pandemic caused it to be a binge experience.Another thing is that a lot of the updates this season have been concentrated on attaining feature parity with the previous game, New Leaf.

The thing though is that this game only has less furniture items and they’re more affordable. Even outside of quarantine it does not take too long to get most items to the point where you aren’t getting anything new from Timmy & Tommy most days.

On New Leaf it took you more time to get a lot of items out of Timmy & Tommy – and then they had the next floor with super pricey items that may take you days to find the money.

On the other hand, the matter with clothing might be the reverse: too many choices per day. I frankly think it’d induce people to perform more if they did not sell all colour choices everyday.

I play everyday however, but most days it’s just to walk around, talk to the villagers and see whether there’s something new. Sometimes there’s a NPC seeing for me to socialize, and very seldom Timmy & Tommy have new furniture things for me.

The bell and furniture position in this game is actually interesting. Like, it is technically not as simple to grind money immediately compared to New Leaf (in case you farmed beetles etc on the Island you can rake in a crazy quantity of money way too quickly ) but because Public Works happen to be substituted less or more with outdoor decoration (a mainly very good change IMO) and because there are fewer house updates (the side rooms are far too little and the next floor/basement have awkward sizes, too) you kind of just wind up accumulating money without much to spend it on. I figure if you redesign your town a fantastic deal bridges and ramps can take up some cash, but I feel like most gamers won’t be altering the positioning of those who frequently, and the same goes for building relocation. Obviously Turnips type of go all that , but that’s been the situation in pretty much every match.
